Charles Wu and two realtor co-hosts will follow a Wilmington renovation from the first plan to the final sale. The proposed project brings five currently incarcerated partners into the decisions through approved calls and video visits, with coaching on budgets, renovations and the business of a flip.

The proposed LLC ownership is 50% for Charles Wu and 50% shared equally among five incarcerated partners—10% each. Participants will contribute to project decisions through coaching calls and video visits.
The plan includes sharing profits after project costs and directing a portion toward victim support, recovery or violence-prevention programs. Property acquisition, participant arrangements and final project terms are still in development.
